Himco
Project: Decommissioning and demolition of industrial facilities
Location: Vratza, Bulgaria
Himco is a former large-scale chemical and fertilizer production plant, historically operating ammonia and urea production lines. After the permanent shutdown in the early 2000s, the facility was taken out of service.
Our colleagues participated in the decommissioning and dismantling of production facilities, including technological lines and industrial infrastructure, as well as in the preparation, logistics, and market placement of recovered materials, in compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Rodopa
Project: Trade of scrap and reusable materials
Location: Shumen, Bulgaria
Rodopa – Shumen is a former industrial meat processing plant, historically operating slaughtering, meat processing, and food production lines. The facility ceased operations in the period following the 1990s and was subsequently taken out of service.
Our company was involved in the recovery and management of materials, including ferrous scrap and cables, as well as providing technical consultancy related to appropriate technologies, logistics planning, and required machinery for the project execution.

Sea & Container Shipping
We deliver international maritime freight solutions for bulk scrap and recyclable materials through trusted port partners. Our main operations are based at the ports of Varna and Burgas, both offering container terminals and global connections. Transshipment is typically arranged via Istanbul, Piraeus or Malta to ensure flexible and competitive international routing.
Documentation & Custom Solutions
All shipping, export and waste transport documentation is managed in-house, including customs and transboundary movement permits, guaranteeing full legal compliance and smooth clearance.
